Emma Silversides studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the Welsh College of Music and Drama. Emma performs regularly with The Royal Opera, English National Opera and Opera North. In addition, Emma has performed as soloist with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, English Symphony Orchestra, English String Orchestra, the European Chamber Orchestra, and has given solo concerts at Coventry Cathedral, Worcester Cathedral, Chester Cathedral, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall as well as recitals aboard the QE2. Emma’s film soundtrack credits include Enemy at the Gates, the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the Harry Potter and Star Wars films. In addition to appearing on Hooked on Classics Dance Tracks, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Emma has recently released a CD, Grace.
